Stage Fright

I first conceived this semi-surrealist painting when I was in college. I enjoyed the concept but didn't enjoy the execution; the colors were iffy to me, the shading in places were too muddy and overall, the painting was too small. Not to mention the purple butterfly lines. About a year later, I tried again, did more research, took my time and I am so much happier with the result. (colors are still hard, but it's an improvement!)
